Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on orders of $100 or more within the United States.
Can I return a product?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. See our refund policy for details.

What is in the Clinic Glow Trio?
Three of our best-selling serums, 30 ml each: C E Ferulic Vitamin C serum (15% L-ascorbic acid, 1% vitamin E, 0.5% ferulic acid), 20% Argireline with HA serum, and NZ Niacinamide serum. See the Clinic Glow Trio.
Can I use vitamin C and niacinamide together?
Yes. A simple way is to use vitamin C in the morning and niacinamide at night.
In what order should I apply my skincare?
Cleanser, then serum, then moisturizer. In the morning, finish with sunscreen. For example: Rose Foam Cleanser, a serum, a moisturizer, and Organic Mineral Sunscreen.
Is Argireline the same as Botox?
No. Argireline is a topical peptide serum that softens the look of expression lines. It does not work the same way as an injectable. Many clients use it between in-clinic treatments.
Which products are good for oily skin?
The Clay Jelly Deep Cleansing Bar and the Niacinamide 10% serum are made for oily and combination skin.
Why do I need sunscreen if I use serums?
Sun exposure is a major cause of premature aging and dark spots. Daily sunscreen protects your skin and the results of your serums, especially vitamin C, retinol and brightening products.
Do I need to see the clinic before buying?
No. Anyone can order online. If you have a skin condition or are pregnant, talk to your doctor before starting new active ingredients.
